Tempeh is a traditional fermented soybean product from Indonesia. It is made by fermenting cooked soybeans with a human-friendly mold, which causes the beans to bind together to form a firm, compact cake.
Tempeh has a nutty, earthy flavor and a firm texture. It is an excellent source of plant-based protein, fiber, making it popular with vegetarians and vegans. Because tempeh absorbs flavors well, it is a versatile ingredient!

How do I cook with it?
Tempeh difficult to prepare? Not this one, because we already marinated and baked it for you. You can heat the tempeh in the pan, or use it directly cold in a salad or wrap. Enjoy your meal!
