Seitan: a well-kept secret

Seitan is a nutritious, wheat-based delicacy packed with protein. It lends itself to a wide range of dishes because of its tender 'meat-like' structure. Chinese Buddhists ate it already 1000 years ago, but in Europe it has remained relatively unknown. We would like to change that! We have made the traditional recipe even tastier and more nutritious and have given the seitan a typical döner kebab structure and seasoned it with traditional spices.

 
 
 
 

How do I cook with it?

's Seitan Kebab is ready-to-eat and can be served hot or cold. Heat it briefly in the pan with a little oil or use it straight out of the pack in a pita or a sandwich. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, this is necessary in order to package seitan in a food-safe manner. As soon as there is an alternative, we will switch. We are happy with the sleeve, however. It is made of FSC certified cardboard.
