Gyroswrap with BUMI Gyros-Style seitan, grilled sweet pepper and vegan tzatziki

Ingredients:

¼ cucumber

100 ml soy yoghurt
1 clove of garlic

5 g dill

¼ iceberg lettuce (Do not use pre-cut iceberg lettuce as you want to cut it really thin for the perfect fresh crunch).

4 grilled peppers from a jar
sunflower oil for frying

175 g BUMI Seitan Gyros-Style

2 large tortillas

Preparation:

First make the vegan tzatziki. Grate the cucumber on the highest setting on a grater or cut into very thin strips with a knife. Squeeze the moisture out of the cucumber with your hands. Remove the dill leaves and chop finely. Grate the garlic and mix it with the dill, cucumber and soy yoghurt. Season with a pinch of salt.

2. Cut the iceberg lettuce with a sharp knife into strips as thin as possible.  

3. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the BUMI Seitan Gyros in it for a few minutes.

4. Cut the grilled peppers into wide strips.

5. Heat a dry frying pan over high heat and fry the tortillas in it until they are warm.

6. Spread the tortilla with the grilled paprika, iceberg lettuce and seitan. Spoon the vegan tzatziki on top, roll up and serve.
